Since these services involve planning, design, development, consultation, and manual effort, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Project Cancellation
A client may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email.
Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
Before Work Begins
If the project has not yet started and no planning, consultation, design, or development work has been initiated, the advance payment may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable administrative or transaction charges.
After Work Has Started
Once any of the following activities have begun:
- Requirement Analysis
- Discovery Session
- UI/UX Design
- Wireframing
- Development
- Content Creation
- SEO Setup
- Digital Marketing Planning
- Server Configuration
- Website Deployment
the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Milestone Payments
Projects are executed in stages.
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable, as they represent work already performed and resources allocated to the project.
4. Website Development Services
For Website Development projects:
- Payments made for completed work cannot be refunded.
- If the client decides to discontinue the project, all completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed.
- Any remaining unpaid balance for completed milestones remains payable.
5. Digital Marketing Services
For SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or similar monthly services:
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable once work has started.
- Advertising budgets paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other advertising platforms cannot be refunded by Amit Web Solution.
- Marketing setup charges are non-refundable after campaign configuration has begun.
6. Website Maintenance Services
Maintenance plans may be cancelled by providing prior written notice.
However:
- Charges already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Services will continue until the end of the active billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
7. Third-Party Services
Refunds cannot be provided for third-party products or services purchased on behalf of the client, including but not limited to:
- Domain Registration
- Web Hosting
- SSL Certificates
- Premium Themes
- Premium Plugins
- Shopify Subscription Fees
- Cloud Hosting
- API Services
- Email Services
- Payment Gateway Charges
- Software Licenses
These services are governed by the respective providers’ refund policies.
8. Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the client fails to provide:
- Required content
- Images
- Logos
- Credentials
- Feedback
- Approvals
- Access to required systems
for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold.
Payments already received remain non-refundable.
9. No Guaranteed Results
While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- Search engine positions
- Traffic increases
- Sales
- Revenue
- Lead volume
- Advertisement performance
- Social media growth
Performance depends on many external factors beyond our control, including competition, search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, budgets, and market conditions.
10. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical or banking error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, subject to banking procedures.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
- Any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees may be deducted where legally permitted.
12. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations at the sole discretion of Amit Web Solution, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect billing
- Service purchased by mistake before work begins
- Other verified circumstances
Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
